Appointment Etiquette

Before your appointment

Please arrive to your appointment with freshly cleaned and dry skin, free of any lotions, oils or deodorant/antiperspirant.

For underarm and bikini area treatments, a cleansing wipe will be available in the room to freshen up. 

Early Arrivals

Sugar Mama Body Sugaring does not have reception. Please do NOT arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are early, please call 403-680-9680 to inquire if an earlier appointment can be accommodated. 

Late Arrivals

If you will be more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please call 403-680-9680 to inquire if a later appointment can be accommodated.
